  • Responsible for central kitchen operations, P&L, staff, suppliers, inventory, stocking and preparing LPO etc
  • Understanding, preparation and execution of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures that meets company standards of catering production
  • Responsible for health, safety and food hygiene practices
  • Preparation and maintaining quality standards, sanitation and cleanliness, training and supervising of team members
  • Control food cost and usage by following proper usage of products, product storage procedures, standard recipes and waste control procedures
