Responsibilities:•Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients medical histories and symptoms.•Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including urodynamics and pelvic imaging.•Diagnose and treat conditions related to pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and other urogynecological disorders.•Perform surgical procedures, including minimally invasive and reconstructive surgeries, as needed.•Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate medication, physical therapy, and lifestyle modifications.•Monitor and provide ongoing care to patients to ensure effective treatment and recovery.•Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes.•Keep abreast of the latest advancements in urogynecology through continuous education and training.Requirements:•Medical degree and completion of residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.•Board certification or eligibility in Urogynecology.•Proven experience in managing and treating various urogynecological conditions.•In-depth knowledge of surgical and non-surgical treatment options in urogynecology.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions.•Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage patient cases efficiently.•Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex medical cases.•Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current in the field of urogynecology.
