Manage & support adidas global retail concept environments, standards and guidelines including all future and refinement of concepts.Support new and renovated store consumer journeys, fixtures ordering, store micro plan and long term ISC as per defined RSM end-to-end process.To oversee and be accountable for the delivery of VM micro plan to the highest quality & in a timely manner prioritizing stores in key cities across EM; enabling the cluster team to do the execution effectively & efficiently.
