Due to continuing success, our clients an award winning Real Estate business based in Dubai, are seeking an in house recruitment consultant to join their team.The position will involve reporting into the Head of Recruitment with key tasks including:? Sourcing candidates using a variety of methods such as social media, job boards, internal database and networking? Screening candidates via phone, email and social media in a professional, con dent and friendly manner? Shortlisting CVs? Creating candidate shortlists for the Head of Recruitment? Advertising jobs online? Networking, socially and face to face? Maintaining the recruitment and human resources database? Diary management?
