  • Provide procurement support to the EMEAA hotel Procurement team and the relevant stakeholders group
  • Work with the EMEAA procurement team on a variety of initiatives such as our journey to tomorrow working on our sustainability projects.
  • Lead tactical supplier conversations and discussions to achieve effective and cost-efficient agreements for hotels across the EMEAA /IMEA region.
  • Work with regional colleagues across Procurement project mapping and ensuring procurement policies are maintained and improve
  • Work with senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions to work towards developing and delivering successful supplier relationships.
  • Work with our internal teams to influence, inform and work collaboratively so our front-line colleagues in hotels receive the best deals.
  • Be the go-to person in region ensuring all reporting tools are updated and working within the PACE operating model
Critical Expertise & Experience:You will bring strong experience in the world of procurement, having been a member of a procurement team in a similar environmentTechnical Skills & Knowledge:
  • Recent procurement experience ideally within the hospitality or FMCG industry in an International operation
  • Experience of driving procurement initiatives in a complex matrix management environment.
  • Experienced across the IMEA region you will have evidence of introducing supplier relationships to benefit colleagues across the region.
  • Ability to influence internal stakeholders and business leaders and effectively establish strong working relationships that produce solid results
  • Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to work independently as part of a wider geographically distanced team.
  • Ability to perform multiple efforts in a fast paced, high growth environment
