Specialist PediatricsJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and sick visits.•Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric illnesses and conditions, including acute and chronic diseases.•Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies.•Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, taking into account their specific needs and medical history.•Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.•Counsel and educate patients and their families on health-related topics, including nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention.•Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and specialists, to provide coordinated care.•Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.•Adhere to all relevant medical regulations and ethical guidelines.•Participate in continuing medical education activities to stay abreast of the latest advances in pediatric medicine.•Provide on-call coverage as needed.•Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.Requirements :•Medical Degree from a recognized institution.•Completion of a recognized residency program in Pediatrics.•Valid medical license to practice in Dubai, UAE or eligibility for licensing.•Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Pediatrician.•Excellent clinical skills in pediatric diagnosis and treatment.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.•Ability to work effectively in a team environment.•Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.•Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.•Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
