We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist General Surgeon to join our team in UAE-Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive surgical care to patients, with a focus on delivering high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered treatment. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and experienced surgeon to make a significant impact in a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment.Responsibilities:- Performing a wide range of general surgical procedures with precision and expertise, including but not limited to appendectomies, cholecystectomies, hernia repairs, and soft tissue surgeries- Conducting thorough pre-operative evaluations and consultations with patients to discuss treatment plans, risks, and expected outcomes- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care, including participation in multidisciplinary meetings and consultations- Providing post-operative care and follow-up to monitor patients progress and address any complications or concerns- Adhering to evidence-based practices, clinical guidelines, and quality standards to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and ethical surgical care- Participating in continuous professional development activities and staying abreast of advancements in surgical techniques, technologies, and best practices- Maintaining accurate and complete medical records, including surgical notes, patient charts, and relevant documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements- Medical degree from a recognized institution and completion of a specialized surgical residency program-Qualification in General Surgery- Proven experience as a Specialist General Surgeon, with a strong track record of successful surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction- Excellent clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills in managing complex surgical cases- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues- Commitment to professional integrity, ethical conduct, and continuous quality improvement in surgical practice- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing education, training, and participation in professional development activities- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment and contribute to a culture of excellence and teamwork Company Profile Established in 2010, SearchPlus’ main business focus is in Executive Search and Selection.
