Our client is now recruiting for a?Specialist- Digital Learning Solutions. You will be directly reporting to the Manager- Digital & Creative Learning SolutionsJob Purpose? This role is responsible for the development and implementation of digital learning solutions with a focus on e-learning courses.? The position holder is responsible for the design, development and execution of new e-learning courses and the update of existing ones (content curation, rebranding, system glitches, etc.)? The role also requires that the individual supports with the development of other digital learning solutions (infographics, ppt?s, video editing and production, voice over, photo editing, etc.)Qualifications:Degree Professional Qualifications/Regulatory Requirements??A bachelor?s degree in educational technology / instructional technology or a related field? Certification in instructional design of e-learning? E-learning instructional designExperience:? 7 years of professional experience in designing, developing and implementing digital learning solutions? 5 years of professional experience with LMS? Professional experience in digital learning solutions for airports or the aviation industry is a plusTools and Systems Experience? Knowledge of e-learning tools and technologies; Adobe creative Cloud Suite, Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Moovly, xAPI / Tin-Can, SCORM, AICC? Knowledge of best practice digital learning platforms, responsive design platforms and gamification platformsProfessional Qualifications/Regulatory Requirements? E-learning instructional designJob Accountabilities? Design and development of new e-learning courses. Conduct analysis, put together a high-level design (storyboard), develop the content using e-learning authoring tools and implement the solution as per company?s design quality standards?? Revamping of existing e-learning courses. Assess effectiveness of existing e-learning (content, branding, system glitches, look and feel, learning methods, evaluation methods, etc.), recommend changes and implement them using e-learning authoring tools.? Design and development of digital solutions (infographics, ppt?s, video editing and production, voice over, photo editing, etc.)? Support in uploading and testing content in LMS.?Technical Competencies? e-learning development? Instructional design? Needs analysis? Quality assurance and control?
