Credit Card Creation: verify correctness and authenticity of the Credit Card applications and required documents
Debit Card Creation: Ensure smooth running and timely processing of the card embossing file received from Misys system as part of the account opening process as per SLA.
Preparing and issuance of supplementary cards, reissuance & replacement of cards in the Card Management System (HPS ? Power Card) as per SLA
Cancellation/blocking of Cards: Carry out card cancellation/ blocking process on the basis of authentic requests from clients or concerned Branches with relevant reasons.
Activation and deactivation of the cards: Activation and deactivation of the card at the request of the customer after proper identification or upon request from the concerned Branch?s card custodian
