We are seeking a Senior and experienced professional with min. 7-10 years industry experience to manage and grow our business.The Role: Spa Therapist / SupervisorAs a Spa Therapist, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.1. Providing professional treatments and services for clients, including but not limited to body and facial treatments, massages.2. Consistently strive to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction by providing quality service.3. Ensuring the health and safety of clients and employees are paramount at all times.4. Performing any other duties that management may reasonably require.We are looking for multiple positions for Spa therapists. Based on the experience, we are keen to hire someone aspiring to be a Supervisor along with performing the regular duties of a therapist. The supervisor will have additional responsibilities including but not limited to Hiring and training the staff, scheduling appointments, handling customer queries/ complaints, monitoring equipment and inventory etc.Education and Training Requirements
