Job Description

To conduct spa treatments at a high standard level and contribute towards achieving the monthly departmental revenue targets to include retail sales. Assist spa manager with achieving KPIs and objectives by retaining existing clientele and attracting new ones.

  • Endeavour to exceed guest expectations by delivering an excellent spa experience through the performance of high quality spa treatments and retail services.
  • Ensure consistent adherence and compliance to operational procedures, processes, quality standards and optimum upkeep of spa facilities.
  • Meet treatment and retail revenue targets set by top management.
  • Demonstrate flexibility with the planning of the departmental schedule to ensure guests? needs are accommodated.
