Job Description

Position Title:Sous Chef ? International BuffetEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary: up to 7K AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus accommodation and transportationJob Location:Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: A 5-star hospitality group based in Dubai

  • Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created.
  • Ensure the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines.
  • Direct the food preparation process and delegate tasks.
  • Assist the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes.
  • Supervise, motivate, and work closely with other Chefs of all levels.
