Experience as a Senior CDP for a 1-2 years minimum within a 5* global hotel brand or restaurant of the same classification/cuisine (as a minimum) with comparable size and complexity.? Be experienced in international cuisine, with practical experience of at least one other cuisine.? Proven team building skills? Strong communication skills? As a minimum, must have completed level 3 Food Safety certification and have knowledge of HACCP.? Knowledge of appropriate systems to support operational processes.? Has knowledge of brand standards relating to food and the ability to create and deliver appropriate menus.? Great relationship with suppliers for sourcing products.? Up to date with trends in food.? Has the technical skills to work in every section, in every service period in the kitchen.NULL
