Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the head chef or executive chef in the general running of the kitchen
  • Demonstrate culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in˙maintaining and enhancing customers? satisfaction.
  • Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets quality standards.
  • Taking responsibility for more technical elements of cuisine.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to food hygiene regulations.
  • Leading a team of chefs in cooking and preparing meals, including checking food quality and overseeing cooking techniques.˙
