Sourcing & Procurement ExecutiveJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for oil, gas, and commodity trading requirements.•Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies.•Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies.•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations and timely deliveries.•Ensure compliance with UAE and international trade regulations, procurement policies, and contractual obligations.•Analyze procurement data and generate reports to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.•Manage procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.•Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement in the oil and gas sector.Qualifications & Requirements :•Experience: Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in oil, gas, or commodity trading within UAE and Chinese markets.•Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English (Arabic is a plus).•Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of oil & gas procurement, market trends, and supplier networks.•Negotiation Skills: Ability to drive cost-effective deals and supplier contracts.•Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in data analysis and procurement reporting.•Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE and Chinese trade laws and compliance regulations.•Tech-Savvy: Strong knowledge of ERP systems, procurement software, and MS Office.
