  • Curate a diverse and high-quality wine list, ensuring wines complement the Italian cuisine served and enhance the dining experience for guests.
  • Properly present and serve wines, including decanting when necessary, while educating guests on the wine?s characteristics, origin, and pairing options.
  • Oversee wine inventory, ensuring appropriate stock levels, managing wine orders, and maintaining optimal storage conditions to preserve quality.
  • Engage with guests to understand their preferences, offer personalized wine recommendations, and provide informative wine tastings to enhance their dining experience.
