Job Description

Our client is a well established global ERP Vendor. As a result of significant growth and winning a major new large and complex project, they are looking for a Solutions architect with strong ERP experience.The role requires experience in:

  • Industry knowledge in Aviation & Defence, Manufacturing and/or ECI (Engineering, Construction & Infrastructure).
  • Solution knowledge around Asset Management, Manufacturing and/or project centric (construction) related solutions. Also Service Management solutions would be relevant.
  • Strong in solution governance/scope management running ERP type of projects.Avoiding uncontrolled scope creep and be strong enough to push back on the customer when needed is a key attribute.
  • Very good communication skills, stakeholder management skills, and leadership skills.
  • Stakeholder management to for instance convey best practice and convince the client of the best way forward. Make sure to build trust to be the trusted advisor that the customer will rely on for guidance. Setting relevant expectations to ensure smooth project journey, making sure the customer is onboard and understand every step we take from a solution methodology perspective.
  • Very good understanding of customer business processes, both within a certain department but also be able to define and document customers end to end processes.?
  • Able to put together a solution scope during the sales phase.
