Must have own visaA Solar Helper, also known as a Solar Installation Assistant or Solar Technician Assistant, supports the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems. Here?s a comprehensive job description for a Solar Helper:Job Duties:

  1. Assistance in Installation:
  • Preparation: Preparing the installation site by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety gear.
  • Transporting Materials: Carrying and arranging solar panels, mounts, and other equipment to the installation site.
  • Mounting Support: Assisting in the installation of mounting systems on rooftops or other structures.
  • Wiring Assistance: Helping with the connection of solar panels to the electrical grid under the supervision of a lead technician.
  1. Support in Maintenance and Repair:
  • Routine Checks: Assisting in the routine inspection and maintenance of solar panels, including cleaning and checking for damage.
  • Troubleshooting Support: Helping identify issues with solar energy systems and assisting in repairs as directed by the lead technician.
