And our primary focus is government, healthcare and banking.job BriefThe Software Support Engineer is responsible for installing, configuring and integrating our software suite (corporate messaging application) with existing corporate environments. This has to be done on-site or remotely depending on the customers needs.ACCOUNTABILITIES:* Work closely with our Development team to get quick resolutions and instructions on integrations. *Install our suite of solutions in Windows Server environment* Configure IIS and Active directory integrations. * Install and configure MS SQL database for speed and reliability * Analyze and test deployed software before formal launch. * Troubleshoot any problems related to the installation or use of the communication software suite * Prompt answer to technical support incidents by email and via remote sessions as required * Work with the international team of Sales, Support and Software Developers.
