- Director of Engineering˙Summary˙As a Director of Engineering, you will be using your knowledge and experience to lead and manage one of technical team. You have a deep knowledge of Java B2B backend and you understand code quality, design pattern, elegant coding, multi-threading and high-throughput systems. You have a significant experience in managing engineers and you grew through the layer and have previously managed engineering teams of 40-60 people in a product software Company. You too understand as engineering leader that you are accountable for sizing and delivering on time complex projects and you have a significant experience in recruiting talent internationally.˙In order to be successful in your role, you have strong communication and collaboration skills that will allow you to clearly articulate Engineering strategies. You do understand as a Director of Engineering this is all about engineering quality and predictability in execution and hence to grow and cultivate your engineering leadership and team is key.˙Key responsibilities˙
