Job Description

We are currently looking for a System Engineer for our Implementation team. As an Implementation team member, he will be responsible for delivering implementations, Service Level Agreement support and other troubleshooting support across our customer database. Candidate should have at 5 years of experience in implementation and troubleshooting skills in the following areas:

  • Microsoft infrastructure which includes Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DFS, Exchange Servers, Hyper-V, and other related products.
  • VMware vSphere ESXi and vCenter.
  • Veeam, Veritas Backup Exec, NetBackup, or any other Enterprise backup solutions v Endpoint protection solutions like Trend Micro, Symantec, Sophos.
  • Cloud Solutions on O365, M365 and Azure.
  • Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solutions on Microsoft S2D/ VMware VSAN / Nutanix / NetApp.
  • Basic Implementation and troubleshooting skills on Servers, Storage, Switches, Firewalls, Routers and Load Balancers
Key performance indicators that candidate will be measured on will include:
  • Ensure fast and efficient client implementations with a positive and professional client experience.
  • Reviewing documents, workflow and plans for implementation with customers/vendors ? Coordinating and tracking new implementations projects.
  • Installing and configuring software as per the project requirement.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving implementation issues.
  • Document all actions taken during implementations and ensure all parties are informed on progress.
  • Proactively contact clients during the implementation process to assess their satisfaction.
  • Update skills regularly on the new technologies and attend workshops.
  • Microsoft and other industry certificates are mandatory
Other Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree
  • Age should be between 25 to 35 years.
  • UAE Driving License.
  • Should have at least 5 yrs of experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, Hindi (Others a plus)
  • Joining Time ? 30 days or less
