You will start by learning the current state of our strategies and functionalities and once up to speed, be able to apply creative solutions to the problems that will arise.The ideal candidate has a passion for designing, implementing and owning solutions to exciting problems and an interest to work hands-on in a performance-driven team.? Manage the current strategy model and work with the traders to build new strategies? Work directly with the trading team to identify possible enhancements, design solutions and implement a new trading application in a concise manner that continues to decrease latency for improved execution edge.
