You will start by learning the current state of our strategies and functionalities and once up to speed, be able to apply creative solutions to the problems that will arise.The ideal candidate has a passion for designing, implementing and owning solutions to exciting problems and an interest to work hands-on in a performance-driven team.Manage the current strategy model and work with the traders to build new strategiesWork directly with the trading team to identify possible enhancements, design solutions and implement a new trading application in a concise manner that continues to decrease latency for improved execution edge.What We Expect From YouPassion for electronic trading technologiesUnderstand the sense of urgency in supporting a real-time trading environmentTake ownership of projectsEnjoy learning from the current team and develop new ways to enhance existing processes?What You Will NeedB.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D. in Computer ScienceExperience of C/C++ / C# programmingLinux / Unix experience requiredPrior scripting experience with Python highly preferredExperience in multi-thread applications, low latency architecture, working with API endpointsPrior experience in a trading environment or financial services is a bonus
