Job Description

The candidate will execute Addaera?s research studies by defining research problems, conducting research, analyzing findings & preparing reports.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Coordinate the research projects to meet Addaera?s objectives ensuring. appropriate quality control.
  • Conduct research & monitor trends on target studies relating to social, education, women rights, socio-economic trends and awareness, human rights and immigration & labour regulations etc.
  • Contribute to the Development and implementation of sampling plans; conceptualize, operationalize and test measures.
  • Develop design structures basis which qualitative and quantitate research can be conducted.
  • Audit and review (in some cases also prepare) hypotheses, executive reports and detailed reports to provide comprehensive analytical insights for clients.
  • Prepare and review project reports for presentation to Management and clients.
  • Support research and statistical operations relating to research studies.
  • Ensure research projects are completed in time & within the allocated budgets.
  • Contribute to the growth of relationships with partners, alliances and third parties e.g. Industry and Education
  • Stay abreast with latest developments in research tools and techniques.
  • Analyze and resolve research issues promptly and accurately.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master?s degree in any discipline, preferably social sciences or research related fields.
  • Minimum 7 years? experience of which 5 years? similar industry experience in market research and/or public studies in the UAE.
