Matar Investments is a diversified company operating in the property development consultancy and investment sector. We serve property developers across may markets internationally. Our key real estate expertise is on commercial developments along with residential and industrial subdivisions.We are looking for a skilled Social Media Specialist preferably with real estate experience to lead the promotion across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X.You must have experience in developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing company pages, and fostering community interaction. With expertise in social media marketing and analytics, you should be able to drive customer engagement and website traffic and lead sourcing.Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire leads.
  • Develops social media marketing plans and programs for each campaign and direct promotional support.
  • Maintain research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
  • Provides marketing information by answering questions and requests.
  • Create engaging content, including texts, posts, video and images for us on social media.
  • Strategically post on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, to maximize local reach.
  • Manage the group?s websites.
  • Craft compelling messages showcasing the upscale alternative the development offers.
  • Actively engage with the local community, responding to comments and messages.
  • Maintain day-to-day operations related to Zoho ? CRM
  • Develop new social media strategies and campaigns
  • Managing a budget to spend on promoting social media posts and PPC advertising.
  • Implement strategies to grow subscribers, focusing on the local surrounding suburbs.
  • Identify and connect with potential purchasers, targeting both owner-occupiers and investors.
  • Utilize social media advertising tools to reach and engage potential leads.
