This is an onsite position1. Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies2. Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, , Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Tumblr and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences3. Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinkler, Hootsuite, Buffer, Asana and Later4. Create and/or coordinate original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms4. Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organization and brand5. Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms6. Undertake audience research7. Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions8. Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights9. Identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns10. Optimize content to further encourage community interaction and engagement11. Research and evaluate the latest tools and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity12. Analyze competitor activity13. Recommend improvements to increase performance14. Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement and loyalty15. Manage, motivate and coach junior staff such as social media executives or assistants16. Manage and track budgets for social media activities17. Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company (in-house roles)18. Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
