Social Media Marketing ManagerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads in the UAE•Manage and expand the company’s presence across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, , and Facebook•Create and manage detailed content calendars covering visuals, photography coordination, and compelling copywriting•Track and analyze social media and digital campaign performance, preparing reports based on KPIs and insights•Support the business development team with marketing collateral, proposals, presentations, and portfolio content•Collaborate with design and project teams to highlight completed projects and behind-the-scenes activities•Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices•Assist in planning, organizing, and promoting company events, exhibitions, and community initiatives•Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing and digital channelsRequired Qualifications & Skills:•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline•3+ years of experience in marketing and social media management, preferably in architecture, design, or real estate sectors•Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation techniques, and digital marketing tools•Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic•Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite•Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
