As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team.We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for Alliance Ventura Holiday Homes Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and implementing campaigns to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of social media platforms.Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a robust social media strategy aligned with the companys marketing objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and create content that resonates with our customer base.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
Content Creation:
  • ˙˙Generate high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and .
  • ˙˙Create multimedia content such as images, videos, and infographics to showcase our holiday homes and amenities.
Community Management:
  • ˙˙ Foster and grow a positive online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • ˙˙ Monitor social media channels for trends and conversations relevant to the industry and the brand.
Campaign Management:
  • ˙˙Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote special offers, events, and new property launches.
  • ˙˙Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • ˙˙ Track and analyze key social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and overall social media performance.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the hospitality or travel industry.
