Job Description

Our client is a consumer electronics company. They are now looking for a Social Media Executive to join them.?Roles & Responsibilities:Social Media management and moderation for two platforms:

  • Oversees all company social media accounts management
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
- Coordinates social media messaging/content by briefing assets to creative team/agencies and drafting suitable captions- Submit calendar for approval to the EMEA Head of Social manager monthly- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedule- Partake in all EMEA discussions to adopt best practices for MEA region- Responding to comments/DMs and routing concerns/customer issues to the right teams
  • Tracking Social Media Influencers
  • Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
  • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
