Project Coordination: Manage and track social media projects within our project management system, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
Research & Analysis: Conduct research on social media trends, competitor activity, and audience demographics to inform campaign strategies and support with copywriting and communication.
Calendar Management: Support with timely scheduling of posts and campaigns.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the social media and content team, including, managing files, coordinating content teams calendars and deadlines, preparing presentations and reports.
Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns.
