Job Description

TFL Tech is a software technology developer and service provider focused on the latest emerging fintech and online technologies that are changing the world we live in.We are looking for a driven Social Media Content Creator with an analytical mind that excels at content creation, with particular focus on sports and gaming. You will work directly with the CMO in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns.Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Social media marketing (strategy, content creation, daily management, and reporting)
  • Build creative content that aligns with brand guidelines and demonstrates cohesion across other company messages.
  • Analytics (collecting and reporting data from our social channels)
  • Influencer marketing (nurturing relationships with high-profile influencers)
  • Community relations (conduct customer satisfaction surveys, gather testimonials and success stories, answer inquiries from the market on forums, and assist with customer service issues that arise via social media)
  • Understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Monitor social media DM?s and customer communications. Respond to comments, inquiries, and engage with the community via social media platforms.
  • Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics and relevant materials.
