Position: Site Supervisor Engineer-fit out work /interior workExperience: 4-5 years in UAELocation: UAEWe are a leading interior design and landscape company seeking a talented and experienced Site Supervisor Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of proven experience in the UAE construction industry, with a strong background in interior design and landscaping projects.Responsibilities:úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿWorking with clients, architects, subcontractors, local authorities, and external agencies on various renovations and new build projects.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPresenting designs to clients and attending regular multidisciplined meetings to discuss projects.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCreating 2D and 3D designs and drawings using AutoCAD, REVIT, and other software packages.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿDesigning concrete structural elements, e.g., foundations, beams, walls.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPerforming assessments on the structural integrity of the project, regular site visits, inspections, audits and surveys, general construction duties on site.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿSupervising laborers and subcontractors.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿOverseeing construction works being completed on site and working towards strict deadlines.- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to project timelines- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly and efficiently- Work closely with the design team to interpret plans and drawings accurately and ensure proper execution on site- Keep accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders- Provide regular progress updates to project managers and stakeholders, highlighting any potential risks or delays
