Site SupervisorJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities :•Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the project runs smoothly and in accordance with the project schedule.•Coordinate and supervise the activities of subcontractors, tradespeople, and laborers.•Monitor the quality of work to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications.•Organize the site setup and ensure proper storage of materials and tools.•Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards.•Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify any potential hazards.•Implement and enforce safe working practices among all site personnel.•Ensure that all workers have the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and are properly trained.
