Job Description

As part of˙NASEC˙regional growth plans, we are currently looking for a˙Site projects Manager˙to join the supervision team in Dubai, UAE.Qualities & Skills

  • Experienced in the construction process during the tender to execution
  • Experience working in recognized global/ design offices
  • Capable of leading large-scale projects in Hospitality, Mixed-use, Residential, commercial, and High rise.
  • Strong leadership/ mentoring skills
  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
  • Flexible attitude and works well under pressure and meets deadlines efficiently
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to build good relationships at all levels internally and externally
  • Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritize duties and work effectively under pressure while remaining calm and professional at all times.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage site meetings
  • Solve problems and find solutions throw construction stages
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
  • Prepare and review tender packages
  • Extensive project experience.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility of attitude towards company objectives.
  • Cordial relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Full knowledge of Statutory Authority?s requirements, knowledge of codes, and regulations.
  • Ability and will to mentor and provide support to junior staff members
  • Ability and will to update knowledge.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Arabic language skills/proficiency is an added value.
  • Responsible for the correctness, accuracy and complete multi-disciplinary coordination of the design documentation prepared by the assigned team.
  • Coordinate and develop responses to review comments, tender queries, contractor?s queries, etc.
