We are looking for top talent to join us on this journey of exploring new horizons together.What youll be doingAs a site merchandiser for personalization & app, the focus for this role will be to support the development and implementation of digital personalization initiatives in partnership with other key stakeholders across the eCommerce merchandising organisation. This is a hybrid role which focuses on optimising our web app and web personalization efforts on a day to day basis. The ideal candidate is proficient in html, with the ability to apply html to continuously build campaigns in personalization tools to improve customer experiences by tailoring touchpoints to their needs or preferences. your responsibilities will include: * Managing the day-to-day trading across for app* Merchandising, e.g. product listing, sorting, cross selling, and optimising search* Improving product discovery with a focus on category optimisation & navigation* Creating tailored journeys for key segments to maximise relevancy of our offer for both web and app* Constantly optimising performance of landing, category, and products pages* Reporting on online trade performance and KPIs, e.g. conversion rate and RPV and overall web to app ratio.* Creating personalised onsite experience for our key segments in collaboration with product, UX/UI, and brand teams* Partner with Digital Analyst to establish and track KPIs and financial impact projections; and, develop reporting and analysis of personalization campaign* Own web to app journey, moving our web customers to app* Monitoring local trends and making suggestions to improve our digital offeringWhat we are looking for:* 3-5 years experience in Ecommerce with an in-depth understanding of online merchandising, marketing, web analytics, site usability, personalization, and A/B testing.* Hands on experience of using a personalization tool such as optimizely, dynamic yield, interaction studio, monetate, adobe analytics* Good knowledge of online trading and the KPIs critical to ecommerce success* Analytical, with ability to transform insights into actionable recommendations* Passionate about storytelling and value it can bring to customer experience* Ideally, experience with Shopify, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other tools* A hunger to deliver truly transformational impact.
