Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Site Manager/Engineer with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction sites, ensuring compliance with local building codes, and coordinating with project teams to achieve project goals.Role Responsibilities & Tasks:•Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.•Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards.•Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve any site-related issues.•Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes and regulations.•Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and progress records.•Oversee the implementation of site safety protocols and procedures.•Manage site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.Required Skills:•Strong leadership and site management skills.•Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.•Effective communication and interpersonal skills.•Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards in the UAE.•Proficiency in construction management software and tools.•Attention to detail and organizational skills.Required Education & Experience:•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.•Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site management or engineering roles.•At least 2 years of experience working in the UAE.•Proven experience in managing construction sites and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
