  • Performs the installation of personal computers, external and internal peripherals, operating systems.
  • Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves situations that are abnormal to the running of a personal computer as they relate to the hardware, operating systems, or the general application software installed.
  • Manage a variety of computer equipment including computer terminals, printers, modems, personal computers, and data communication equipment?s.
  • Log all service requests calls to the SD application (ServiceNow Platform).
  • Responsible for keeping up to date inventory and documentation on all the holding?s computers and peripherals.
