Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/ Architectural engineering.? 3-4 years of UAE work experience in steel fabrication and erection industry.? Must have experience to provide guide, lead and direct technical, administrative project team, executive & monitor project activities.? Excellent MS Office skills.? Should be fluent in English both written and spoken.? Should have strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.? UAE Driving license holder preferred.Job Responsibilities:? Site Management? Labour force and sub-contractors supervision and monitoring? Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.? Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.? Monitoring and interpreting the design and drawings supplied by the client.? Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.? Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.? Responsible for overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.? Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.? Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions.? Preparing record drawings, technical reports, site diary.
