Site Engineer (False Ceiling)Job Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:昐upervise and manage daily site activities related to false ceiling works, ensuring adherence to project specifications and approved drawings.旵oordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth execution of ceiling works.昉lan work activities, manpower distribution, material requirements, and equipment needs.昍eview technical drawings, shop drawings, and method statements for accuracy and compliance.旹nsure proper installation of gypsum, acoustic, metal, and decorative ceiling systems.旵onduct site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and quality control.昍esolve technical issues on site and provide solutions to meet project timelines.昉repare daily and weekly progress reports for management review.旹nsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all construction areas.旵oordinate material deliveries, verify quantities, and ensure proper storage and handling.旳ssist in testing, commissioning, and handover documentation related to false ceiling works.Qualifications:旴achelor抯 Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Engineering, or related field.昉rofessional training or certification in interior works, gypsum installation, or ceiling systems is an advantage.Experience:𠖳 years of experience as a Site Engineer specifically on false ceiling projects.昐trong background in gypsum board works, suspended ceilings, acoustic panels, GRG/GRC ceilings, and decorative ceiling systems.昉rior UAE experience in fit-out, interior finishing, or building construction projects is preferred.Skills & Competencies:昁nowledge of false ceiling systems, materials, installation techniques, and finishing standards.昉roficient in reading drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.昐trong understanding of interior finishing works and project sequencing.旻amiliarity with AutoCAD and MS Office for documentation and reporting.昐trong leadership and team coordination skills.旼ood communication skills for dealing with subcontractors and consultants.旹xcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.旳ttention to detail and commitment to quality standards.旳bility to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.昁nowledge of safety procedures and site compliance requirements.Benefits:旵ompetitive salary based on experience.旹mployment visa and health insurance as per UAE law.昉rofessional growth opportunities within a well-established contracting company.
