Site EngineerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee and manage all fit-out activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, design, and quality standards.•Project Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.•Drawing & Specification Review: Interpret and execute project drawings, blueprints, and BOQs for precise implementation.•Workforce Management: Direct and supervise site labourers and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety regulations.•Material & Procurement Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of materials and verify quality as per project requirements.•Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain site progress records, prepare daily/weekly reports, and communicate project updates to the management.•Quality Control & Inspections: Conduct site inspections, identify discrepancies, and ensure high finishing standards in line with industry best practices.•HSE Compliance: Ensure that all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.•Problem-Solving: Address on-site issues, technical challenges, and client concerns effectively to prevent delays.Requirements :•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.•Minimum 3 years of experience in fit-out projects in the UAE.•Must have a valid UAE driving license.•Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, finishing materials, and construction techniques.•Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.•Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.•Familiarity with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and UAE construction laws.•Immediate joiners preferred.•Good Communication Skills
