Site EngineerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Supervise and oversee daily construction activities on-site.•Ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.•Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.•Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.•Monitor site progress and prepare reports, documentation, and project updates.•Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are followed.•Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and material testing.•Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise on-site.•Liaise with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure alignment with project goals.•Assist in cost estimation, procurement, and resource management.Requirements :•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.•3-5 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision (UAE experience preferred).•Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and site management.•Familiarity with UAE construction laws, safety regulations, and permits.•Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.•Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.•Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.•UAE driving license is a plus.
