Site EngineerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :?Project Supervision: Manage all on-site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.?Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, adhering to company and industry standards.?Coordination: Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve any on-site issues or challenges.?Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and solutions to site teams, addressing engineering challenges during installation.?Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, material usage, and variations to the original plan.?Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all site activities comply with health and safety regulations, conducting regular risk assessments and implementing corrective actions as needed.?Budget Management: Assist in managing project budgets by monitoring expenses and ensuring work is completed within financial constraints.?Client Communication: Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with project progress.Experience & Qualification :?Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site engineering, preferably with a focus on flooring or sports facility projects.?Strong knowledge of sports flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.?Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.?Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.?Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.?Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.?Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction.
