Meetings with clients understanding client requirements.? Ensure as per client requirements drawings will be done and applying for approvals for NOC?S.? Thoroughly study Shop drawings, Tender drawings, BOQ & Specification.? Ensure that the execution is done in accordance with approved drawings and to an acceptable standard of Quality.? Sourcing, negotiating, finalizing, & approving the sub-contractors.? Prepare claims for variation and time extension for project.? Review of payment certificates of Sub-contractors.? Report damage, accident or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedure are being carried out.? Execute the work with approved Drawing & specifications by Consultants.? Tracking the Project with respect to the schedule and taking advance action to prevent further delay.? Prepare schedules for weekly and monthly basis for easy execution of the job.? Closing of the Project and making the completion certificates from the concerned authorities.
