We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Certified Civil Engineer with a Dubai Municipality certification and a valid Society of Engineers license. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects as a Project Engineer, overseeing all stages from planning to completion, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.Should been familiar with structural designs and its software.* Prepare, verify, review and submit structural and architectural drawings wherever necessary.* Conduct regular on-site visits, inspections and supervision with suppliers and sub-contractors for execution.Stay up-to-date on the latest building codes, standards and suitable design practices.Qualifications:* Bachelors / Masters degree in Civil / Structural engineering or any related field.* Should have adequate site experience in UAE for both residential and commercial projects.* 5-8 years of experience working as Civil engineer in UAE, focusing on execution part.* Well versed with local materials, suppliers and its availability.* Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations* Lead project planning, design, and execution in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and industry standards.* Can gain approvals in Dubai Municipality, EMAAR, DDA etc.
