• Research, resource and evaluate suitable vendor/suppliers to use for school resources and equipment
• Analyse flight quotations for on-boarding and off-boarding staff and obtain Management?s approval as per AF policy
• Liaise with accounts department to produce relevant LPO?s and receive invoices and obtain approval from management for payment

• Manage applications for CPD (continuing professional development) courses and forward them to the CPD coordinators for discussion and obtain school Management approval
• Once approved, notify relevant teacher via email along with applicable terms and conditions of the school
• Arrange travel using AF travel agent, for outside country CPD courses
• Process end of school year Audit on CPD courses and share with Accounts department
• Send out the feedback form to teachers for all completed CPD courses

• Work closely with the Manager of School Operations ensuring all leases are up to date
• Carry out property inspections to ensure the property is well maintained
• Deal with the property landlords to ensure building and facilities are maintained to an acceptable and desired standard
• Administer the Exit process of teachers leaving staff accommodation
• Assist new teachers with their accommodation, including resourcing a suitable property, liaising with Landlord on price and any maintenance that needs to be carried out
• Order home furnishings and accessories and ensure they are delivered on time, unpacked and installed
• Arrange deep cleaning of property ready for the arrival of new staff member

• Arrange for the welcome pack and deliver to the apartment
• Liaise with HR department to obtain relevant information and process flight details for new staff members and family
• Book Marhaba service and ensure ?teacher buddy? is informed of time of arrival and arrival process is hassle free
• Process any other ?ADHOC? arrangements to ensure a smooth transition for new staff members

• Hold weekly ?planning ahead? meetings relating to school events
• Organize event ?set up?, food and beverage when required
• Liaise with maintenance regarding Event ?set up? and dealing with teacher?s requests

• Oversee the school transport contractor and liaise with the transport coordinator
• Manage the bus ladies and ensure they are carrying out their duties and being available for their queries as well as managing their leave requests

• Assist the School Operations Manager daily which includes dealing with various administration tasks, school site projects, health and safety, school contractors, and any other tasks as directed from the school Director
• Answer daily queries and and assist teacher / staff enquires and needs
• Assist the Director and Senior Management team as and when required
