Job Description

Our client is looking for Showroom Sales Executive, with experience in luxury retail or high-end products sales.Main job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Welcome & greet all customers in a warm and friendly manner / attitude.
  • Proactively identify when a customer needs help and how to adjust their service style to suit the needs and requirements of each client.
  • Ensure customers receive exceptional customer service by telephone as well as within the store.
  • Explain and inform the customers about the Product return and exchange, refund policy.
  • Explain to the customers the time of delivery, the advance payment if material to be reserved and installation and demonstration procedures and charges.
  • Track the stock available and promote accordingly to showroom customers.
  • Prepare monthly sales report.
  • Contribute suggestions of bestselling lines from store client / dealers for ordering.
  • Achieve Monthly targets.
  • Takes responsibility for analyzing stocks management information available to ensure sales opportunities are maximized.
  • Ensure the showroom has installed the products on display way the best and keep the showroom presentable to the customers.
  • Ensure all the product labels in the showroom.
  • Highlight the features and benefits of all products to customers including technical terms.
  • Ensure the store is fully replenished at all times and re-merchandise as required.
  • Makes Sure all the daily collections, receipts and other documents are all checked and up to date.
  • Update daily customer database report.
RequirementsQualifications
  • 3-5 years previous experience working within luxury retail.
  • Language: English, Arabic or any European language will be an advantage
  • Passionate to achieve results and grow sales.
  • Ability to influence and persuade in order to achieve goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
