They are growing their team and are looking to hire an experienced Showroom Sakes and Training Manager in Dubai.DescriptionDevelop, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date training materials on dental equipment and other products.Lead by example in driving sales, working closely with the team to achieve regional and global sales targets.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine and enhance the sales approach.Provide regular coaching and feedback to improve the skills and performance of individual team members.Support the sales team in client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations when necessary.Monitor training effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to ensure maximum impact.Maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring long-term partnerships.ProfileThe ideal candidate for this role will have:Bachelors degree Dentistry 5+ years of experience in sales and training within the dental industry, Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a leadership role.Exceptional presentation, communication, and leadership skills.Strong understanding of dental products, market dynamics, and customer needs.Ability to travel as needed to support sales initiatives and training programs.Job OfferThe role offers a competitive salary, medical insurance and annual flight ticket.
