Salary Budget: USD 5K 7K + Benefits, To expedite, share CV at Smehrolia@antal.com Shopper Marketing Senior Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing and managing the shopper marketing strategy and implementation for the emerging markets of the Travel Retail business.Scope & Principal Responsibilities:* Marketing Planning & Execution* Customer Management* Permanent Merchandizing* Digital, E-Commerce & CRM* Consumer Promotions & Procurement* Deploying 360 campaigns guaranteed to drive beneficial growth for company and its customers* Work closely with brand marketing and commercial counterparts to ensure the best execution built on consumer and shopper insight* Manage relationships with external agencies* Lead customer marketing plans* Data and insight led approach to key investment decisions to maximize consumer and shopper engagement* Omnichannel delivery of brand plans across all customers within the region executed through shopper and customer programsQualifications and Skills Requirements:* Degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline* Minimum 4 -7 years experience* Prior multinational companies and FMCG/Ecommerce /Retail/ Luxury exposure is preferable* Strong executional ability for merchandizing and activations* Excellent relationship management skills to manage customers* Digital & E-Commerce functional knowledge* Ability to influence/negotiate with external stakeholders (agencies/operators)
