Job descriptionA jewelry shop in Dubai is looking for a shop in charge - Sales Manager preferably female candidates (FILIPINO) with experience in the jewelry sector.Experience-3-5 yearsJob Responsibilities:-? Responsible for entire showroom sales and day to day operation of the stores? Assisting customers with their requirements and queries, providing excellent customer service. Be proactive and resolve all customer complaints with utmost priority.? Answering customer phone calls and ensures calls are returned if unattended during busy periods.? Experience in online sales? Responsible for showroom image, ensure store is kept neat and clean? Ensure shelves and racks are properly stocked and in an orderly manner.? Maintain and monitor stock level, replenish stock as required? Ensure and monitor the performance of co-workers in the showroom? Cross-check quantity of stock received with invoice and the same to be submitted on a daily basis to the Accountant.? Prepare and submit daily cash reports and documentation.Requirements:-
