Job Description

Job purpose: To oversee and maintain high hospitality standards within the store as per guidelines.Additionally, support store team and store operations with back of house tasks like organizing, gift wrapping, maintain high standards of display and cleanliness as directed by company / brand guidelines.Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and offer refreshments to the customers
  2. Keep pantry and BOH neat and organized
  3. Support with gift wrapping
  4. Always maintain high level of cleanliness
  5. Ensure high service standards
  6. Procure essentials to ensure smooth hospitality service, as and when required
Job Requirements: Hospitality background preferredGood in communication? English (& Arabic will be a plus)Additional Information
